About the Project

Torosay Hills is a 3,000-hectare Highland estate on the island of Mull, renowned for it's diverse wildlife. The land is undergoing a generational transformation to form a natural woodland and nature reserve on-site.

Restoring this specific location comes with a number of challenges,  due to it's mountainous terrain with many slopes in excess of 30 degrees. 

Metsa are proud to support the team in this woodland transformation, aided largely by the addition of our specialist Menzi Muck mounding machine within our fleet.
